Translation:"And by the soul and He who proportioned
it and inspired it with discernment of its wickedness and its righteousness, He
has succeeded who purifies it." Ash-Shams (The Sun) 91:7-9

Translation:"Allah does not burden a soul beyond

Replace the negative thoughts with positive, empowering ones. Use Quranic

remind yourself of Allah's promise:
وَمَنْ يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهُ
Translation:"And whoever relies upon Allah - then He is sufficient for
